I lived here for 12 months and can say I never really had any problems.

PARKING: I would say parking was generally good with only a few times having a difficult time finding a space.

NOISE: I never noticed any noise, even when neighbors would throw parties it was generally quiet. This is more of a college community so I expected some noise. I was surprised at how little I could hear my upstairs neighbor.

GROUNDS: These were kept up pretty decent. Counld've used more work. I enjoyed taking walks though through the complex at night and felt pretty safe.

OFFICE STAFF: The office staff when I lived there was great to deal with, they were always helpful and courteous.

I would recommend this community although it has been 3 years since I lived there. My only complaints the whole time was that the gym would close at 5PM and the rent was a bit hight for such a small one bedroom apt.
