A very college community, so expect loud parties and wannabe pimps driving by your building, setting off car alarms with their loud music. But the office ladies are as sweet as can be and they do a phenomenal job keeping critters out of the apartments, despite the location literally in the woods. The rent is quite high (that's why I'm not renting a one bedroom here) but it was, like I said, not that bad. I heard the sister community Cypress Run is dangerous though! Oh yeah, very old appliances. Expect high electric bills.
