I was a tenant at Eagles Point Apts back 04. We lived there for 3 months before WE decided to pay 1300 bucks to break our lease and get as far away as possible!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF THE ANNONYMOUS OR CHEESY USER NAME REPLIES TRYING TO DEFEND THIS PLACE! This place has been notoriously known to screw over tenants, and the management never had and never will have any remorse for people who were victims to crime in this community. There are little wanna-be thugs that roam around the parking lots looking for trouble, they damaged my fiance's car so bad that it was considered "totalled" by Progressive Insurance's standards. The management said "sorry!" When the cops finally got involved, the officer who took our case even told said himself " Well, this isn't the best area you know!". How were we supposed to know' We moved down from NY and found this place on rent.com which listed all it's "wonderful" amenities. I wish I had done my research then - so hopefully I will save someone else the hassle! This place is a crapshoot! If I had to rate it 1 thru 10 it would get a 0.

Palmetto bugs are everywhere in Florida! Pest control is needed especially in the rainy season. I have been here 3 years and they are doing a complete renovation including sodding and new landscaping

I AGREE WITH YOU BECAUSE ALL THE GOOD COMMENTS THAT ARE POSTED ARE POSTED BY THE STAFF. (JFRITZ) THAT IS THE MANAGER. THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE BUT THE STAFF IS CRAP

I am jfritz and not the manager. I live ta eagles point and have for 2 years. Its ok. Maintenance is good, office friendly. I have no complaints other than old appliances.

I 100% AGREE, I lived there in 2004 and my car was damaged also, but not too badly, so I figured it was some kids or teens. But, then after my apartment got broken into MULTIPLE times (and nothing was stolen, the police thought someone was stalking us), and I decided to move, I still had to pay the total amount to break my lease and the staff didn't seem the least bit concerned about mine or my roommates safety.
