I have lived in Eagle's Point for just over a year now, and would definitely reccomend it to ANYONE!! Maintenence is taken care of within 24 hours, the Office Staff is awesome, and I love the woodsy feel of the community. They just did like $700,000 worth of exterior renovations, and the place looks Great! Ironically enough, anyone I've had a problem with inside the complex, hasn't lived here. As far as safety is concerned, I sleep comfortably at night. My boyfriends car got broken into a couple of months ago, but you have to take into consideration that we live in a metropolitan area, and things like that happen, no matter WHERE you live. After reading some of the other reviews, I can't help but think that the people who have had a problem with management, are obviously the ones who don't pay their rent on time, or cause problems within the community. Management really does do an awesome job here keeping things in line.
HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT!!
