The management is unprofessional and disrespectful. We had a horrible mold problem in our 1 bedroom apartment and the management refused to address the problem. It took several telephone calls to even get them to clean up the mold. The mold problem was so bad we had to call the health department, who cited them for a violation and ordered them to shut down the apartment we were living in. That was the only way the management would do anything about the problem. They agreed to terminate the lease, but they charged us for a full month of rent after they tore a huge hole in the wall on the 15th of the month. They tried to rip us off in every way they possibly could... A $600 pet fee (non-refundable) even though they initially told us half would be refundable... A $300 deposit ($150 refundable), but they neglected to tell us that they would only refund $150 at the time of the lease signing.

***Do not rent from Eagles Point Apartments unless you want to lose all of your hard earned money.***

I also had a leak. The management was very quick to respond. Construction crews were called and my problem resolved. I was very happy that they took care of me so quickly!
