This community used to be part of Cypress Run This community used to be part of Cypress Run in the USF area. They used to have alarm systems, but they are painted over now. This is generally a pretty rotten place to live. There??s way too much noise from passing car stereos, and the management does nothing about it. This was never a problem at my old place, where they sent out nice letters telling people to be respectable of their neighbors. Being a college community does not make it acceptable; blasting stereos is simply rude and inconsiderate behavior. And there are problems with neighbors making noise as well. You can also smell pot smoke from your neighbors. There??s drug dealing here as well, and I even saw a hooker. Most of the residents are really trashy losers - working class poor and minorities, but some of the college students are alright. It??s the kind of place, where people don??t wake up until 3pm, and then you hear noise all night. They are not at all selective about whom they rent to; they rent to just any kind of scum. Also the mold and mildew was so bad, I would wake up with the sniffles every day. The neighborhood is not safe either; a motorcycle was stolen right outside our building. There are no security gates. People speed through here. Better management could clean up this place, but it is generally a bad neighborhood.

The standards have gone up alot in the last few years. Not sure where you lived, but Eagles is great! Management is friendly and responsive. I have never heard anything bad about Eagles, in fact they won most improved property two years in a row.
