Eagles Point is nice to look at but the longer you are here the less you like it. The management is nice and helpful but they don't always seem to have the resdidents best intrest at heart. I can't stand my neighbor all though most people in the complex seem nice enough. Since we have been here our car has never been broken into but things have been poured on them and they have been keyed. The building across the parking lot had a rape and viloent attack take place, there is no security to stop this sort of thing. They said the pool would be closed for 3 days for maintince and it was closed for closer to 2 1/2 weeks. The bathrooms by the pool are locked unless someone happens to be working in the office. The recently put up more dog walking area signs and bags but there is dog ---- every where. They are re doing the landscape which should be nice but right now it looks like crap. Our apartment is nice but there are several things that could be better, there has been paint on the exterior of our window since we moved in, the apliances have needed to be fixed/replaced several times. The carpet is old, it looks old it smells old. Gym access is included with your lease, but if you want to be able to use the tiny gym when there are no employees you need to pay extra money. The deposit is huge and mostly non refundable but they do allow and seem to like dogs and cats here. They have a porch decortaion contest for money off rent at Christmas and a resident appreciation breakfast now and again. Again not the worst but not the best place ever.

The rape was a domestic dispute. I lived in the building, there was nothing that the staff could have done. It is the only thing I am aware of ever happening here. I love it here. If you maintenance issues unresolved, you probable havent told the office.
