This place has been horrible since they got new management. They're on some 'we want to be property of the year' kick, and apparently they want that at the cost of pissing off their residents. I had a barely bent blind, that they gave me 24 hours to fix, or else they'd charge $45 for a new one. $45 for a cheap, plastic blind, that you can get at Home Depot for $8. They will overcharge you for absolutely everything they can.
Parking is alright as long as you get a spot before 8 or 9 at night. Anytime after that, it's pretty much a pain in the ass.
The maitenence guys are a little weird, but they do good work. The office staff is very.. perky. And patronizing.
They just jacked the rent up $100, and only gave people two weeks to find an apartment or sign a renewal on the lease. Also, they want a 60 notice that you are moving out, while everywhere else only wants 30 days, which makes it hard to find a new place in two weeks.
Eagles Point sucks.

did you ever actually read the lease? its a 60 day notice and if you break it, you pay for it! Sounds fair to me. I bet you argued overeverything!

They would never giv eyou two weeks to move out! I bet you forgot to give your notice and then were made that they enforced the actual contract you signed. The lease very clearly asks for a 60 day notice which is legal!!!!
