DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE

Living at Eagle's Point Apartments has been my absolute worst living conditions I've had to bare. The place is noisy and for my neighbours are very nasty. If it's not the undergraduate partying kids who live next door who are vomitting on our shared stairs leading to the balcony, then it's the neighbour downstairs who has a smell coming from his apartment that can only be experienced (there are no words).
The truth is that there are many other apartment communities in the area that a comparably priced (or are cheaper) and are MUCH nicer.
For two months I have tried to reason with the managment and although they have been very nice NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! The living conditions here for me have been so egregious that I am having to call the housing authority about fair housing rules. Like....I should be allowed to be able to walk out my front door without being physically nautious from the odours around me.
Again, please don't waste your money by paying rent to Eagle's Point Apartments.

The staff addressed your issues every time you came in. Maybe you are just unreasonable. There are laws that are in favor of the tenant. You can not evict someone because of smell.

The above comment is the manager, Jennifer Fritsche, who's also going around here as jfrits1217. If I read correctly, you're technically supposed to identify yourself on this site as being from the management Ms. Fritsche. It's not like you're not coming across as management here anyway, unless some random resident is all-knowing and would know that the staff addressed this particular person's complaints "every time they came in"
I agree that laws protect tenants, however some of the tenants this place attracts leave a lot to be desired. It's not the management's fault, to be fair. And the place is, more or less, in the university area. So while it could definitely use to be more selective in who they let move in, what really can we expect?
