I have mixed emotions...

First off, my apartment is great. I love the layout and since the buildings are older, they were constructed with concrete block so you can't hear your neighbors next to you. However, those above and below you that like to slam their doors and stomp around are a problem.

Parking is fine. I've never had a problem.

Noise, like I said, isn't too bad. But one thing I noticed is that you have your token ----- kid with his/her old car falling apart but has a nice, loud stereo. And that person insists on driving through the complex with all the windows down and the bass cranked as high as possible making it quite loud no matter what time of day.

The grounds were nicely kept yet nothing special. However the Spa that I was told "always works" simply does not. At least once a week it would break and be ice cold. I understand that it's older but that doesn't excuse Eagles Point to not replace it. For the amount they charge their residents, they can afford to replace the spa with one that works. If they don't want to replace it, then don't market the complex as having one. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Safety was never a severe problem. I personally felt fine taking my dog out at 1 o'clock at night. However, I have encountered, MULTIPLE times, dogs much bigger than mine that were not on their leash and charged me and my dog unexpectedly. This has happened both during the day and at night and there is no real excuse for this except for the lack of responsiblity by the owners. Also, there has been a lot of dog poop on the property lately. Again, no real excuse for this except for the lack of responsibility by the owners.

Construction was fine. The carpet and vinyl coule be of higher quality. Or even replace the vinyl with tile. But this isn't a big issue.

Maintenance was great. They're a little weird but always get the job done. A

The Staff has always been kind and helpful. Even when ----- worked here it was great. I always felt Marcie (-----) couldn't be bothered and I was inconveniencing her by a question but ----- was always great and helpful.

And overall, the actual apartments are great. I love my floorplan. But I feel it's the majority of the people that live here and the price that make it unenjoyable. In one apartment you have the ------- mother with 4 kids living in a one bedroom apartment (Isn't that illegal). Then you have the trashy ----- family who doesn't give a damn if they're loud or rude as long as they get what they want. Then you have the group of ----- who play some kind of games on the Tennis courts and don't put back any of the furniture that they used letting me or someone else do it if I want to play tennis. Then finally you have the crazy college kids who just want to play beer pong and have parties. And for the price I pay as a resident, I would have expected more.

I later learned that this area isn't the safest. Again, not reflecting the price I pay as a resident.

And also, Eagles Point IS NOT in any way related to Tampa Palms. Because of the Apartment title (Eagles Point At Tampa Palms), I originally thought that I would have access to the Tampa Palms Country Club and YMCA and that is incorrect. Eagles Point just likes to use that name to charge more and make it sound more prestigious.

Whatever. I'm glad I'm leaving. Look around. You can find a nicer place with classier residents in a safer area for the same amount of money.

If you want to trash the staff just use their names!!!! We all know who you mean and your wrong. All of the staff is great. Apartments are great. And you do get access to Tampa palms parks because you live there. do a little research before you slam the place.

I used names. The website automatically blocked them out. I never said anything about the Tampa Palms Parks. I said country club and YMCA. Read my review correctly next time.
