We've been here for 2 years while trying to cut back expenses and attend school. Our neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. We hear everything above us, in the hall outside our front door and out on the balconies. During the school year is the worst, parking is horrible and the kids are always yelling. We've even smelled smoke soaking in through our closet walls. I don't recommend this place to anyone, unless you just don't care where you live and want to feel safe-ish apposed to a few blocks away where all of the crime happens.
