I have been living here for a few years now. I have been very happy here. My apartment is great. Appliances are old. But they replaced some as they needed it. The apartments are quiet. I love all the trees that make it feel like a neighborhood. My work orders are always done quickly and fixed right the first time. I have recomended several people here and will continue to stay here until I buy a house.

The office staff is friendly but does enforce the rules. Sticklers on late rent but everything was by the lease. Cant really argue there.

Pretty much, any post/comment here from September 11, 2007 seems to have been posted by the management. At least try to make it a bit less obvious that you're dishonestly promoting the place.
