I lived there in 2004 and my car was damaged within the first 2 months, but not too badly, so I figured it was some kids or teens. But, then after my apartment got broken into MULTIPLE times (and nothing was stolen, the police thought someone was stalking us), and I decided to move, I still had to pay the total amount to break my lease and the staff didn't seem the least bit concerned about mine or my roommates safety.
