Eagles Point Apartments

Once again, I've witnessed a decent apartment turn to trash.
When I moved here, the apartment complex was very family-oriented, quiet and clean. Unfortunately, many of the tenants now are college students who LOVE to party every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Often, I see cracked glass bottles in the parking lot and on the stairs... so typical of a college apartment.
Try to get the top floor if you move here, otherwise you will not get any sleep because it sounds like elephants stomping above you when there's a party going on. When these parties are in full swing, don't expect to find any parking either. You won't have any luck.
The gym is okay as long as you get in before the leasing office closes. Otherwise, you have to pay a fee to get a key.
If you want a pet, you have to put down a deposit AND pay monthly pet rent which is $20 per pet.
Rent is going up even though there have been absolutely no improvements made to the complex.
I miss the old management and leasing agents. The newest leasing agent is very snobbish.
I do have to make one compliment and that is the maintennance is pretty on target with handling repairs. You can even do online requests. However, that's the only positive in Eagles Point lately.
My Lease is ending this year... just warning those "future tenants" who may be fooled by the nice pictures and website. It's not as great of a place as you may think.

As the manager, it is sad to hear that there are these complaints. I can't and won't say there aren't parties, but if they are such an issue and bother you, you have to actually tell us to do anything about them. You should know what apartment is having the party, and believe it or not I can do something about it. In regards to the gym, not many complexes even offer you to have 24 hours access. And what is $20, one time, just to be able to use it whenever you want. For pets, yes we do ask you pay a fee and pet rent. But everyone here is liable for that fee, its nothing personal, and its not that uncommon in other places. And rent is not going up. I decided not to increase rent at all. And if you miss the old manager and leasing staff, I was the old leasing staff, and I am no different now that I am manager. I learned everything from Jenni, so what I am doing now, is exactly what she would have done then. I'm sorry you feel like the place has gone to trash, but when there are residents who see something negative going on and say nothing about it, it is just as much their fault.

Well i just called in to get a price for an apartment and i was advised that the rent will be going up. So that make me wonder now if i should move in the apartment or not after reading this comment from both the tenant and the manager
