The first time I live here was 1999 - 2001 and management was good about their word, I received my deposit back just as they promised. This new manager and the owner does not keep their word and stays in everyones business. The apartments stay empty instead of full of tenants and they spray every month but you still see roaches and big roaches. At this rate the owner will have to sell. I paid my rent on time and clean my apartment before leaving, the manager said that I would get my deposit back minus carpet cleaning and when I called about my deposit, she actually said that I owed them $35.00.
