I lived there almost 3 years but, recently had to break the lease. The office staff said i would lose my leave and be on the hook for 3 months which i thought was bad enough but, understandable. I was paying 775 a month and all of a sudden get a bill for 4500. So, they took my deposit and added some more charges. We complained that the sprinkler was pointed at our outside storage awhile ago and everything in there was ruined. We complained about the kitchen counter having water damage but, the resurfaced the top and told us that it would hold. The dishwasher wasn't secured and would fall out of place when opening it. The placed a screw which came out and started happening again. There was water damaged done from the people upstairs that we reported several times but, not once was the bathroom ceiling fixed. They have a bunch of empty apartments and are trying to make money off of the people leaving there filthy old apartments. The management went from a dictator who was really anti child to a new manager who could care less. This is the last place you would want to raise your kids at. I will have to take them to court because i'm sure we aren't the only ones who they are trying to screw over. I bet there are a few dozen people who are being charged for things they reported while leasing there that they are charging you after you leave. Worst apartments in Tampa!!! Do not sign the lease unless you want to ruin your credit from these scam artists.
