I lived there for a year. Ask most long term residents {with the guts to speak up} maintenance issues are NEVER addressed. One person washed dishes in bathroom for 2 weeks. NOONE'S garbage disposal works. They didn't repair {upstairs} laundry room lights for a year. I had to spend my own money, and learn how to repair structures from bathroom to kitchen, myself. Sandra only cares about a tenant until all monies and deposits are paid...then you are on your own. Don't let her fool you. She broke my door frame in an attempt at illegal entry, whereby I had to call the police.

I agree 100% i wish i had read your review before...they kept my entire deposit because of raw sewage damage in the unit...then they blamed me...i will continue to warn everyone...Beware of Westshore Properties same people..feel free to contact me loveanoceanview@yahoo.com
