The management and maintenance is awful. They do not repair leaky faucets, making water bills exorbitant (of course, that's to their benefit since THEY bill you). Don't be fooled. Yes, it's quiet, with nice neighbors. But this is an old place with many problems from mildew to leaky plumbing (or more like gallons wasted per day plumbing). There are other places nearby. Go to those. This is horrible management!
