I moved here two months ago after visiting a friend who lived here. She had the cutest apartment and at the time I was living nearby in a dump and paying more. In Embassy the walls are sound proof, the landscaping is tropical (you feel like you are vacation)and management is great. I saw the other review from the sewer lady, but have not had any thing like nor has my friend. I spend a lot of time by the pool and I have met a lot of the neighbors...they all have great things to say.
