Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Moved in July 2001 and have been very satisfied. Great rate and they even gave us some other perks. The overall construction seems very good compared to most apartment complexes and everything works as it should. Landscaping/maintenance is very nice. Office staff has turned over a lot it seems but has always been very friendly, although not quite as good when I moved in. The only complaint I have is there are a lot of trashy people that live there now and I don't feel quite as safe.
