For those that had complaints, it doesn't come as a surprise to me. Not because I have complaints myself, but because those who have complained will complain no matter where they go. I think that The Enclave is wonderful for the price. The rates on apartments at The Enclave are comparable to other complexes that are not near as nice or in such a nice area. As far as maintenance goes, any problems I've had have been fixed that same day. I've also found that if you treat the staff courteously as you should treat all people, they will be just as helpful as you need them to be. The amount of landscaping and lawn maintenance done also keeps the place looking spectacular. As for parking problems, the setup of spaces and buildings is not the greatest, but some people need the walking anyway and need to suck it up and park 50 feet away. I would definitely recommend this complex to others.
