I still live here, Im in my first year. Had many problems moving in. I believe that this complex would be much better with some different staff. The leasing agents have attitudes from here to Canada. They had me happy till I moved in and paid them. I try to drop the rent off during the night in the drop box just to avoid them. The apartments are nice. They are a little more fancy and better made compared to alot of complexes. The walls are thin. I have some people under neath me who love RAP at midnight. I had to complain about that and it stopped for about a week. I will probably stay here until we buy a house ( a year or so) just because the hassle of moving with pets is outrageous. Something I dont understand is there pet rules. I have a larger black lab. They say that they have a 50 pd limit but my 60 pd dog is ok and the assistant managers 100 pound dogs are always out with her. Doesnt seem fair to me since I had a very nice lady come to me saying that they told her that labs are aggressive and outlawed. Not quite sure what they are thinking about this.

I got a deal with my rent so if it goes to normal price when I resign I wil have to move since I go to school and work. I would definately NOT pay full price for this though.

Beware before you sign. Ask ALOT OF QUESTIONS.
