I have lived here for three months and I had my apartment broken into and about $650. of personal belongings stolen...They said there was no forced entry and 4 other apartments were broken into the same day as mine in the same way, by a key entry. We suspected it was someone who worked in the apartments, no one has given us any information and the manager said she thought it was pest cotrol who did it. It is so scary to think every day now when I come home that people could have come back to get more since they got away with it once already. This place is not safe at all...People who don't live here can't get in the gate so they wait outside the gate and follow your car in when you open it, sometimes they'll even get in front of your car once you've approached the gate because they know you have to open it to get in...It's such a horrible situation to be in I pay a lot of money to live in a place I can't stand to come home to every day. I thought this place was great when I moved here, except for living on the third floor and then finding out two weeks later that I'm pregnant, so the walk up the stairs is a little grueling! But this robbery was so scary to me. They can just come in to the apartment whenever they want and take things that are yours and you work really hard to pay for. I always think about what could have happened if I was home and they came in, or if I already had my baby and we were here alone and this person comes in, I don't know how far someone would go to steal. I don't think these apartments are safe for anyone, especially people with children or people living alone.
