The layouts of the apartments doesn't make sense. Doors seem to have been put in the wrong place - our master bedroom door couldn't be opened fully because it got stuck in the bathroom door frame first.

We had to go month to month for 4 months until our house was finished and they started charging us $400 a month more than they were advertising our very same apartment for! What a rip off! Besides that, the parking is terrible! Often times I had to park outside of the gate and walk into my apartment!

The staff was rude and forgetful. I called 3 times about the same problem before someone came out to look at it. Not to mention that our dishwasher drain was clogged and the first time we used it and it flooded our entire kitchen. Having just moved in, we were up late unpacking and it took hours for emergency maintenance to show up.

While most of my neighbors were friendly, the noise was often unbearable. And there were kids everywhere! They would walk in the street and would not move even when they saw you coming. A couple of times I had obscenities yelled at me from the kids who were yelling because I was in their way!

On the plus side, there is a very nice pool area that was enjoyed many times.
