The manager and certain staff here have got to be the lowest most inappropriate people I have ever had to come acorss. Unfortunately they call all the shots! My time here at the Enclave has been way too stressful and the rent is way too expensive, $870. for 2/1 for the things the manager cindy odom has put our family through. She doesn't care what the problem is, in our case it was a break in by the staff and pest control situations, she'll argue with you until you give up trying to tell her your problem. Every time we come home we regret even signing a lease with them and we are counting the days until we can leave without being charged an arm and a leg in early lease breaking rules even though we have clearly been in a neglectful situation. I have felt unsafe because of the staff breaking in, and you're not allowed to change your lock without giving the thieves a key! I have felt like I had to live in a garbage can with the pest situation which we found out only after about 6 months of constantly asking her to fix it where the bugs were coming from, (our neighbors using their storage unit as a dumpster.) Yes it took them 6 months to go up the stairs and have a look around.
Every time you need to have the staff come into your apt beware of these people and lock up or hide your valuables because they will end up stolen and at no liability to them, she permits this action in the revised lease she had to make after all the apts were burglarized by her friendly staff.
