I had a few problems.

The problems I had living here were with my neighbors mostly. The people across the hall had a very loud dog I could hear. The residents above me walked heavily on the floor, so I had to listen to them at all hours of the day and night.
Parking was absolutely horrible around 5 and after about 10, so if you're a late night person, buy a garage. Also, my car was vandalized in the parking lot (cost me about 2 grand to fix: window broken, dented passenger side) and a friend's car had her stereo stolen.
And anytime I got home, I was scared to walk from my car to my garage because the parking is somewhat lit, but it's very possible for someone to assault you.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you're willing to put up with the cons, be my guest.
