I will be moving out of my apartment very soon and was told by Cindy even if I would request walk through to make sure it was clean they still have the right by sate of Florida to call construction workers and pick up carpets to look underneath. Cindy states if there any stains they will hold me responsible.
I know one thing when we moved in no one replace carpets and Im sure no one looked underneath. Also we have this crazy neighbor downstairs that calls 911 every time she gets a chance stating we make too much noise. That neighbor calls police @ 6pm or 7pm and if they do not show up she bangs on her sealing until 12am and screams, so I cant even move around my apartment. She probably expects us to fly around the apartment to avoid any noise. I was also told by Cindy that we will not receive our security deposit back since it does not state any were that we gave them one.
Parking is terrible @ night. Also there is a lot of dog waist on the grass and broken glass on the play ground. My son was playing on the playground when he realized that there was a dog sh all over the slide. I took him out and was very upset that nobody pays attention to this stuff. I thought if you will be buying or renting you should know that.
