Essex Place Apartments

Not That Bad. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived here with my two children and their father for almost 7 months. I can honestly say that I've never had a problem. Besides the rent being a little high for our budget, the gate seeming to always be broken, and the hot tub just recently being fixed.. but I can live with all that. We've never even come close to a break-in (home or car), never had to complain about loud music/fighting/etc. The office staff is really nice and willing to work with you as long as you let them know what's up. The other residents are friendly and we've managed to make some really good friends.
