My experience here overall has been good and I will renew again.

-Good stuff-
The price is very good and the size of the apartment is great. Maintenance is a bit slow but do respond. The kitchen is huge with lots of cabinet space. The balcony is also nice...it is screened in and big. The management holds free dinners and little cute events once a month for the residents. The maintenance personnel are very nice and usually do their best to fix things to your satisfaction.

-Bad things-
Several probs include safety issues, such as my car getting stolen, stolen cars dropped off here, apts burglarized...but overall I feel safe. One night a pipe running to the water heater burst in the middle of the night, spraying cold water into the living room and I wasn't able to contact emergency maintenance until 2 hours later. It flooded my place and the downstairs residents too. They never came to clean my carpet after the pipe incident. The floors are very very creeky so only live upstairs if you can! The manager PJ is a ----- with no sales or basic courtesy skills.
