I lived here for 8 months. Before moving in I asked them what their lease breaking policy was. They said, 30 days notice and loss of security deposit. I asked them to CONFIRM this THREE times. When I had to break the lease, they said they would charge me AN ADDITIONAL MONTHS RENT and a $250 "redecorating" fee. When I asked them how could this be possible since they had told me at checkin that there was no such thing, they said they dint know about it, and the lease had recently changed and the owner would not allow it. I was and am mad at them. Am I supposed to talk to the owner for everyting, then what the hell are these people sitting in the office for and telling LIES ' They are in breach of contract with me, and my regret is that it is not in paper. Also what it the POINT of giving a 30 day notice, if they are going to charge an additional months rent as well '

Also, one of the three women in the office, "Dianne" is downright rude and absolutely INCOMPETANT at her job. It makes me see red that these people are just lying so BLATANTLY to the renters.
