The don't play it the fair way

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
When moving out, we were first told that we could clean after turning in the keys and then told (after turning in the keys) that we couldn't. Result: a cleaning bill that was only erased with the help of a lawyer-assisted letter and some negotiation.
