The front office is unprofessional.
My roomate and I got cheated out of an apartment so we both had to extend our current lease because of there crap.
Elissa is greedy and does not have a heart.
She knew our situation and still gave the apartment away.
Maybe one day when her child is off to college far away from her and looks for housing off campus the same crap will happen to her.
We found a place to move into in Aug.
