I currently live here and have to say that it's one of the best complexes I've lived in. This is an older complex but it's maintained better than most newer complexes I've lived in. In addition the spaces are huge for the price, especially this close to USF it's nice to have so much space that I can afford. The staff is excellent in assisting with anything I need, from a notary to any maintenance requests and they remember your name when you walk in and you actually see the owner himself. The maintenance people are also excellent with reponse as well as follow-up, and they actually clean up after themselves, they don't just come fix things and leave, they leave things as they found them!
