I have lived here for about a year now and the rent is reasonable for what you get. There are a couple of nice things that are included with the rent (i.e., cable) that you don't find in many other places but the fact that we are right near the university lends to itself its own problems. Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against college kids, as I once was one, but when I have a toddler that I am trying to get to sleep at night and there are parties going on in the breezeway and outside of his window, it gets to be a little frustrating. We are now at the end of our lease and my son is about to enter school and I have choosen to move into another area to provide him with better sleeping accomodations as well as a better school to attend.
