I have lived here for 13 years. There have been ups and downs. Mainly due to changes in management every 3-4 years. To date we have had a really good manager. She cares about the residents, she has an open door policy. The staff is open and friendly. The Maintenance Supervisor really attempts to get all repairs done in a timely manner. His staff is polite, prompt, and explain what they are doing as they are doing it. They are all Bi-lingual which helps.
Over all I would say that this is a quiet, well run community. We are within walking distance of USF. Close to Univeristy Mall, University Community Hospital, USF open Golf course is right across the street. Muvico in New Tampa is right down the road. After hours Pediatric emergency after care is around the corner. We have 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms, a gym, clubhouse and monthly community get togethers.
I would definitely recommend our community.
