While at first glance the units are a little older from the exterior, once inside the units, one can see that they have been taken well care of and regularly maintained. You really can't beat the price, very competitive, grounds are well kept, the few matainence problems I have had, the staff responded in a timely fashion and resolved the issue. The office Staff are very polite, helpful, and professional. I have found my experience here at Fairway Oaks to be a most pleasant one. For those who are looking for a nice place close to USF, Interstate(s), malls, and stores to meet any need, then Fairway Oaks is what you're looking for.
