Environment degraded over the last 8-10 months.

I have been staying in this community for almost 2.5 yrs and for the past 8-10 months i have been having trouble with a bunch of noisy neighbors.

Take it from me, if you get into such a situation out here in this community then GOD help you.

The staff is simply impotent.

They have not taken any strict action even after repeated complaints (oral, written and through their stupid complaint system).

Cops have been called too by some neighbors but the staff simply refuses to budge.

Apart from that, illegally parked cars are never towed.

Have never seen a towing truck in the community anytime in the past 2.5 yrs.

It used to be a good community, but the quality has degraded as more and more students have started pouring in.

So, it is slowly becoming a students community now.

Lot of parties, shouting, illegal car parking, littering happens over here.

So if you are one of those party people, you would love staying here as you wont be kicked out anytime, your friends cars wont be towed so u can drink in a carefree way over the weekends...but OTHERS...sorry !! look somewhere else because your complaints would fall on deaf ears.
