I've lived at Fairways Oaks for almost a year now and have loved my experience here. The office staff has been incredible considering I've had some huge issues come up with my living arrangements. I'm currently in a 2/2 with roommates and decided I needed a 1/1 by myself. Not only did they assist me with the paperwork to end my lease a few months early, but they also found a 1/1 for me in the complex. They have been absolutely wonderful and I've never had a problem with the complex or management. Diane and Shay have been absolutely wonderful and very helpful to me throughout my lease. Any issues that arose were either internet, handled by an outside company, or as mentioned, my current living arrangements. Just to accommodate me with another apartment as soon as possible, I am able to move in without any fees since I've paid rent for my 2/2 already.
I really do love the complex and am so grateful for the staff being so flexible to get me into a peaceful apartment so soon.
I definitely recommend Fairway Oaks to anyone and everyone and am happy to continue my lease with the apartment complex.
