I lived in fair oaks for eight months now. The place is beautiful, clean, and very quiet. The staff is extremely friendly, practical, skilled, and helpful. They will do their best to help and assist residents. the maintenance is very quick and effective. Location is very good (next to golf course and USF bus stop). I tried other places in that region before and fair oaks is the best of them all.
