Horrible staff and old apartments

i spend a year in that place and let me tell you, the worst thing was the staff.
they were extremely racist, in cooperative, and they are genuinely not welling to help.
before signing the contract they will be super nice, but the minute you sign, that s, it game over.
also don t expect to get your deposit back no matter how clean your apartment was.
the place is old and had bunch or problems like.

and the one unbearable problem was the cockroaches, OMG they had big problem with this issue.

over all i would give it under average (i tried three other places in the same area), and will try to stay away from this place as i can
