I had a very good experience at Fairway Oaks. The rent for a one bedroom includes cable and the bed-room and living room are very spacious. Anytime there was a problem the management took care of it right away and always made me feel like my happiness was a priority to them. It's close to the USF and a very family friendly, safe environment.
