I have lived on this property for 3 years, not by choice, but I am a student and I can not afford much. The management changes like clockwork, each and every manager that comes in tries to do better but inevitably makes the complex worse. All the people you ever see are the mexican workers in the garage getting drunk, and a bunch of kids scouting cars out. There are a few break-ins each weekend and there is trash laying every where. I am in my 3rd apartment on property and they have gotten progressively worse. People on the property are allowed to have very large dogs which means more of a chance to step in a pile of their feces. The cops know some of the residents by name. Just a couple months ago there was a large drug dealer raid done by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department. You smell marijuana everywhere you walk. If this is your description of paradise please move here. Otherwise find a place and pay a few bucks more and you'll save yourself the heart ache.
