HORRIBLE ALL AROUND SERVICE! Mold on the windows and inside the apartment. Took them 6 MONTHS to finally fix the second toilet, front door , kitchen light, bathroom door, balcony light, plus much more. The garage is a rapist s heaven. It's always pitch black down there because all the lights are not working. I've been complaining about it for months now. Management is nasty and worthless. I've been asking for them to steam clean my carpet and the request has been ignored.
Both my roommates cars(2) and my car have been broken into.
Drug addicts, thieves, and downright low class of people live here. I've seen people here walking around with guns. It's horrid.
Oh, and they are constantly changing management and their whole staff. I ve been here for almost 2 years and have gone through at least 4-5 staff/management changes.
I have lived in both the studio and two bedroom apartment and both are horrible.
oh, and don't bother paying a pet fee.
