This place is real life GTA. Everything bad you've heard about this place is true. The only good reviews was one written almost 4 years ago, and the other sounds like management. So think about it. Here is the truth: You WILL wake up during the night to find cockroaches, literally dozens of them crawling around in your kitchen, on your dishes and everywhere else. The day time isn't a whole lot better, and its not because I am dirty, I am not. You cannot kill them, spraying doesnt't do ANYTHING for thier roach problem. I have woke up twice because of a cockroach crawling on my arm. I don't even want to know about the times I didn't wake up. Don't ever dare drive a nice car here. My brother bought a new truck and hoodlum's kept sticking nails in his tires. The parking garage must be the drainage area for the entire city block, when it rains the whole place is flooded and it is a dark dungeon down there, with thugs down there drinking 40's and smoking blunts. The noise levels are atrocious. It's a ghetto club on the weekend. As for safety, forget about it. On one occasion a gang of punk kids were were yelling "giv me yo cash!", I just ignored them. On TWO occasions, I was bringing food back to my apartment and thugs yelled out at me: "Hay! Give me yo food n-----!!" I guess they didn't see that I wasn't black. We had hot water go out on numerous occasions, for about a month of my lease, and air condition went out in the middle of summer, for a total of well over a month of my lease. So if you like to live with out central air or hot water for 10%-20% of your lease, move here. Maintenance just tinkers with stuff, they don't really know how to fix anything. The place is physically a wrek, the place just needs to be demolished, gutting wont even do. Oh and this place is a haven for illegal aliens. If you coming from the third world, this place will be a move up, but if you just want to live in an over-priced, dangerous roach infested filth hole where thugs with prison mind sets hang around all the time, move here!

I have the same roach problem, there was one crawling in my bed last night. Bug bombs and spraying does not help.
