- Model apartment is an exception. The day we were set to move in I received a phone call from management stating that our apartment would not be ready to move into and that we would have to make other arrangements. They would not discount our rent or provide us with alternate arrangements. The 2nd bedroom ceiling was soaked with water damage, missing popcorn ceilings, carpet looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. There were exposed electrical outlets and wires, chunks of drywall were missing. It took the staff over 2 WEEKS to make the repairs.

- Bedroom window severely leaks every time it rains. Has been leaking since we moved in LAST year. Maintenance is non-existent, they've yet to fix the problem and refuse to replace the entire window. We have made calls after calls, always told that there is "new maintenance" and that we have to give them some time to get caught up with their records

- Microwave worked intermittently when we moved in. We were informed it would be replaced. When the microwave finally died we were told they do not replace the microwaves and that it was stipulated in the contract. There is NO MENTION of said policy in the contract, management still refuses.

- Pest control, we have requested pest control every month since we have moved in, no one has ever entered our property to spray even when we've been home and had scheduled an appointment.

- Constant trash in the hallways and covered parking. Broken beer bottles and trash, cars are regularly broken into and vandalized

Staff is completely unprofessional and constantly changing. I have never spoken to the same person more than twice. The office staff is never there, they constantly close the office prior to closing hours. Office management has NEVER returned one of my phone calls in the past year. I've lived in many apartments around the country and have never encountered this many problems or a lack of willingness to help. I am not an overly demanding person and live a modest life. I just expect people to have integrity and stand by their word.

There are many other nice properties available as well as many private sublets on craigslist. Save yourself the headache and trouble do not move here.
