My lease ended on the 11th and I am sooo glad!! This was my first apt and I was super excited to move in. Like another review stated I didn't see my apt until the day we were set to move in. When we finally saw it (after signing the lease and paying all fees) the carpet looked like it had poop smeared all over it. I went straight to the office and told them and they immediately found me another apt which kept me hopeful. I was farely please for the most past but I work nights and being woken up at 9 in the morning because the industrial dumpster(which is in the parking lot) had to be taken away was ridiculous. Also the tiles in the bathroom began falling one by one because the wall was rotten from behind. A month before we were set to move out our mailbox key misteriously stopped working. After that we had to try to catch the mail man when he was there so that HE could get our mail because the office basically said "that's not our problem." Its 2 weeks after my move out date and my mail is still in my mailbox because the office claims that they can't hold mail and they don't have a mailbox key either!! Also, 1 week before we were set top move out one of our neighbors was moving out and she commented that she was robbed in the apt. When I asked what happened she told us that someone kicked down her door and stole her laptop and other items somewhere between 12 and 3. Even more reason to leave!! I was very disappointed in these apartments especially since it was my first place... I do not recomend these apts at all. I just caution, demand to see your apt before signing anything and if you have any problems report them immediately!!!
P.s. Maintenance and pest control come in and out of your apt without prior notice and just leave a paper the size of a fortune cookie paper in a random spot.. That made me feel uncomfortable
