OK i moved here in May of 2008 when i got to see my apt after i signed the lease i told them to rip everything up and i was canceling my checks. The carpet was full of dirt and mold with cigarette burns all over the apt all they did was paint the walls the counter was uneven the electrical outlet to the stove was hanging out of the wall. The patio was only halfway screened and i had no screens or blinds on my windows. The way i got everything done was when i said i was going to call the BBB, code enforcement, the fire marshal and ABC Action news. by the next day they had 3 or 4 people working on my apt. i had new carpet in and they where running all over the place to fix all of the MANY problems i had. The only thing i can complain about now is that you can here EVERY footstep from the people above you and if they are dicks they will stomp and jump and run and tackle each other untill 2am when u have to be be up at 6 am for school. The staff is not bad really you have to be persistent with them and they will work with you if u run into a little money problems. But man it get really annoying with these damn -------s above me. There are some rude people here that are ghetto and i have seen glass from car windows in the garage that have been busted out where i would park my car if i had one. Don't leave valuables in your car. hell its common since. I did get lucky and the people on my floor are all very nice. Also i think my dog scares people ha ha so that is why they are so nice. I have not heard of apts getting broken into but i am always sure to close my blinds and lock all windows and doors in my apt. Don't flaunt your ----. I hope i can get a full time job so i can move to a higher class place like i am used to when my lease is up. Because it is not the Ritz like i am used to.
