These apartments are not worth your time nor money. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
If the people aren't blasting their music very loudly, they are fighting, or worse.
This place is falling apart all around us and they barely fix anything here. The stairs move everytime you walk up or down the stairs, very dangerous i might add.
I have been living here the 2 1/2 years and thank God my lease is almost up. I signed a 7mnth lease at my last renewal. I get a note in my door advising that it is time for me to renew and in the month of June they will be increasing my rent... needless to say I am not renewing my lease nor staying. I fail to mention, if you decide to go on a month by month basis and not renew your lease they charge an extra 150.00 per month. The paint in both bathroom sinks where chipping and peeling, under the both the bathroom and kitchen cabinets, looks like previous water damage. When I first moved in, they were suppose to replace the fridge, stove and microwave. They never did. My microwave had went on the fritz, they said if it goes out then they will replace it with a stove overhead... WHAT KINDA OF B.S. IS THAT'!! They can never keep a security guard here, pest control comes around every blue moon. Dont get me started on the multitude of nats that constently fly all around the house.
the people that stay under me constently blare their music from 8am-9:30pm. I have had to go down and tell them to turn their music down, but they act as if they dont understand no english. The halls are nasty, the empty apartments ARE REALLY DISGUSTING, and my a/c keeps breaking. Also in my boys room, the a/c does not cool their room at all, the maintainance guy say its because of the sun... can we all say BULLSH....!!!! i have had silver fish greeting me in the shower.
quick story, i happen to be folding clothes in my boys room and i had the closet doors open, i kept hearing crunching sounds coming from the closet, i walked closer and there was rats crunching inside the walls. (grew up n the projects as a kid, so i recognize those sounds)... Dont get me started on the mailboxes, they are shot to hell... doors missing, #'s missing, locks missing so anybody can open your mailbox and the mountain of trash that sits very high in front of the compactor... you will see exactly what i am talking about. we need the code enforcement over here to condemn these ragedy pieces of shits, post hast.
The best way I can personally describe these apartments is as (high priced projects).
