i am a current resident to this apartment complex and i have lived here for little over a year.

personally, the only good thing about this apartment complex is the safety. hardy ever you would hear if someone got robbed or if their car gotten broken into. when looking around outside the apartment complex you would notice plants growing on top of the roof tops of the apartment buildings. everything in my apartment has some type of dysfunction; the rod of the blinds do not turn the blinds, the blinds are falling off, the henges of the doors feel apart, the carpeting is coming apart and was improperly installed... the paint is chipping. there is mold growing on top of the bathroom ceiling [i have addressed this problem and what they did is paint over it]. Also you will have "friends", bugs-roaches, spiders, frogs, warms, etc- come into your apartment without any notice. the walls are super thin and you can hear just about everything to conversations, music, tv, pets, everything. parking-there are some cars parked in the parking lot with out owners and you might would have to come early to have a decent parking space. the counter-tops are painted and could be easily stained and parts do peel off.

i strongly recommend not living here or even have the thought come to mind.
