Income Capping is Evident

Fisherman's Landing has a maximum income cap, and it shows. The buildings are somewhat run-down and very unimpressive. The landscaping is drab and dull and in the corner where I lived, parking was a nightmare. While the area was alright, I would have felt totally unsafe it were in a worse area; there was absolutely no attempt at security, street lights were sometimes working and didn't light the area well.

I was really glad to get out, and if I had to again, I wouldn't select Fisherman's Landing again.
