There is black mold growing in my apartment, the office has known about this for 5 months and have not done anything about it. My 19 month old daughter and myself have had severe allergies due to the mold and my daught was just put on meds. for it. The parking sucks, they make you pay for pest control once a month but in the past 5 months that i have lived here i have NEVER had pest control enter my apartment and i know this cause i'm a stay at home mom and i am here all day. They charge you for misc. charges and won't except your rent until you may the misc charges yet they won't show you proof of the charges, they just say that it's for utilites yet my water bill is always a different amount then what they say! They say they allow large dogs and I payed my deposit for my dog but was latter told to remove the dog or i would be evicted because the dog barks!! Of course dogs bark it's in their nature!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! Espeacialy if you don't want your health to be harmed by the black mold!!!!
